Housing, Municipalities: We need more than a trillion dinars for the reconstruction of the liberated areas

Twilight News / Ministry of Construction and Housing and Public Municipalities on Monday confirmed the need for more than one trillion Iraqi dinars to rebuild and reconstruction of liberated areas from the control of terrorist organizations.
According to a statement issued by the ministry, its agent Dara Hassan Rashid Yara second meeting of the Board of Trustees reconstruction fund for the affected areas of the terrorist attacks which took place in the Baghdad Provincial Council in the presence of governors and heads of provincial councils and representatives of all the provinces of Anbar, Salahuddin, Diyala and Nineveh, attended as well as the presence of agents representatives service and representatives of the ministries Nan province of Kurdistan.
The statement added that during the meeting the allocation of loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction emergency operations included four areas in Salahuddin province, and three regions in the province of Diyala, indicating that there is a need for more than a trillion dinars for the reconstruction of all the liberated areas.
The statement quoted Yara as saying he "has our ministry statements for each affected bridges in these areas and the ministry is ready to provide them at any time."
The statement pointed out that the meeting discussed projects relating to and including sectoral projects related to education, health, environment and other projects pertaining to the province of Baghdad, which had been damaged and was preparing financial estimates for these projects schedules in coordination with the ministries concerned.
The statement said that the fund has formed a committee to choose the figures and international organizations that will participate in the international conference to be held in a month this December in the Kurdistan region to support the Fund and that this meeting to develop criteria for the fund plan for the coming year 2016.
The World Bank lent the fund $ 350 million allocated for emergency operations for the reconstruction of the affected areas, and (7) areas selected for the reconstruction of the loan within a Tikrit and Dhuluiya and the role of science and in Salah al-Din and the great Saadia and Jalawla in Diyala.
