Warning of migration journalists for Iraq poses a threat to the future of journalism

Twilight News / Iraqi Observatory for press freedom on Sunday warned of the risks to the press and the future of journalism and democracy in Iraq to work as a result of the migration of many journalists demand for security and stability and work, and to avoid the risks and threats also subject to the forces of influential and armed groups. He called the observatory, which is linked to the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, in a statement reported for Twilight News, the Iraqi government to take quick measures to ensure the cessation of immigration and follow-up of the Iraqi Journalists who arrived in the Diaspora countries through the embassies of Iraq, the situation there, and overcome the obstacles they face. And the transfer of Observatory journalist Hilal Hilal helter-skelter as saying he had received numerous threats because of his journalistic work and publication of the investigations and articles about the reality of organized crime, kidnappings, extortion and related them to children in exchange for huge sums of money as ransom for their release. He said Mahmoud that he is not allowed to communicate with the world, but at times which is a psychological pressure factor, and a growing concern about the loss of precious life disk, with no guarantee way to get to the most suitable places where some countries put tough conditions deny access to it, or get the opportunity to be present and residence on its territory.
