Parliament Speaker: The National Guard Law is a building basis to initiate the liberalization process

The Iraqi Parliament Speaker , Salim al-Jubouri considered on Wednesday the draft law of the National Guard as "the foundation of building the basis"
towards the liberalization of the territory controlled by ISIS terrorist organization in the country.
This came during a speech of al- Jabouri talk in forum on the future of Iraq set up by Human Global Studies Center under the auspices of the Parliament , academic institutions, scientific and cultural associations, which was allocated to discuss a number of topics, notably, security and law enforcement authority after ISIS organization , rehabilitation of the liberated areas, focus on national reconciliation, and the future government in Iraq and the economic pillars of political stability, according to a statement issued by the parliament.
Jubouri said in his speech that "the way that will bring ISIS out directly will affect the shape and features of the situation and will determine whether we were able to continue development and reconstruction or not, I mean that our support for local forces will establish the state of integration for the people of those areas in the interaction with the event and will boost confidence on their ability to complete the victory , initiation of reconstruction and construction process and remove the effects of war and its psychological, social, economic ruins, and work side by side with civil forces in bringing about the renaissance to overcome the difficulties and obstacles faced by the local governments at the time.
He added that "we still believe that the National Guard Law is a building a basis to initiate the process of liberalization," noting that "the political blocs agree on the content and form on law that is very important, which will give it the power that meets the need of the occupied provinces by ISIS by supporting the people of those provinces in the fateful confrontation process and give them honor and revenge of liberating their land from the forces of terror for all the martyrs who were murdered by ISIS in brutal ways. "
