A source reveals Zebari borrow from the World Bank Details

An informed source, on Thursday, borrow and finance minister, Hoshyar Zebari, the World Bank interest rate of 8% details.
The source said in remarks to (Sumer News), that "2% from 8% turned to the Kurdistan region."
Adds the source, who asked not to be named, said: "6% of which are paid by the central government."
Iraq has suffered from difficult economic conditions in the light of the decrease in oil prices significantly compared to prices of previous years in which the price per barrel exceeded $ 100, while current prices reached $ 40.
