Council of Ministers borrow from the World Bank for the establishment of road

Ali al-Dabbagh, Minister of State and government spokesman in a press statement that "the Council of Ministers decided at its twenty-eighth, to instruct the Ministry of Finance in order to address a letter request for a loan from the World Bank $ 1.5 billion for road and bridge projects and the authorization of the Ministry of Finance to negotiate and present the results of negotiation Council of Ministers before the signing of the loan.
He said al-Dabbagh: the Council of Ministers also decided to form a committee from the Ministry of Construction and Housing for detection at the damage suffered by Building Council Salah ad Din province, the hospital and the Ministry of Finance to pay the amounts required under the disclosure provided by the Ministry of Construction of allocations contingency reserve for the year 2011 .... p . i
