Presidency denies intention to approach the judiciary on the constitutionality of the sacking of the Vice-Presidents

BAGHDAD / Sky Press: denied the presidency of the Republic, on Thursday, news of its intention to approach the judiciary on the constitutionality of the sacking of the Vice-Presidents. He said Presidential Advisor Prince Kanani in a presidential statement received "Sky Press," that "what some of the media, on approaching the judiciary on the constitutionality of the sacking of the Vice-Presidents unfounded, on the grounds that the decisions taken by the House of Representatives Oumajls Minister is up to is to appeal the people who affected those decisions and legal positions. " He noted that "the presidency does not intend to submit queries or stabbed, and still presidency supportive of reforms at all levels with the development of mechanisms to apply it." The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi issued earlier, the most important reform package sacking of a key Congress of the Republic and the ministers.
