Reports by some media about the state employees received their salaries for each half months are baseless news.
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, news addressed by some of the media on receipt of half of the salary of state employees every two months denied.
Saleh said in a statement that "reports by some media about the state employees received their salaries for each half months are baseless news."
He stressed that "the prime minister Haider al-Abadi was committed to his words when people promise not to prejudice the salaries of employees and retirees."
Some of the media picked up the news of the view that the austerity will include staff during the next two months.
