Committee Chairman Jawad al-Bolani said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The President of the Republic Fuad Masum, ratified the Fifth Amendment to the Law on Public Enterprises No. 22 of 1997, which vote for it in the House of Representatives," noting that "this law opened the doors to the companies with the participation of companies Iraqi, Arab and foreign discreet to carry out its work in Iraq. "
He said al-Bolani, said: "This amendment is a boom quality for the development of the private sector and give it an opportunity to develop a national domestic industry," adding, "The committee submitted proposals for the development and attention to industrial projects which help to provide a ration card items and everything related to food security."
The Iraqi Council of Representatives approved on the first of July 2015 the Fifth Amendment to the Law on Public Enterprises No. 22 of 1997.
