National Alliance agree to pass the National Guard Law on one condition

The leader of the coalition of state law and Walid al-Hilli said that there was full agreement between the parties to the National Alliance to pass the National Guard Law, provided that the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces is the commander of each security services in various different forms.
Ornaments and said in a statement to Radio tow deputies are demanding that there be leadership of the National Guard, however, conservatives and this is the sticking point of the seriousness of this matter, where each governor would be its own army.
He pointed out that the ornaments National Forces Alliance calls for multiple heads of the National Guard by the provinces, while the members of the Kurdistan Alliance believes that the Peshmerga forces should be under the command of the region and not under the command of the Commander in Chief of the armed forces and this is opposed by members of the National Alliance.
