Secretariat of the Council of Ministers ends preparation system and a new salary scale

It revealed the official newspaper "Al-Sabah", Tuesday, for the end of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of the preparation system and a new salary scale.
The newspaper quoted a source in the Secretariat as saying, "The new system eliminates the special provisions for each presidencies bodies and state institutions and retirees, and are covered career to peace."
The source added that "the new system provides for the increase of the owners of the lower allocations with a certificate and an even exchange and cost of living, as well as other professional allowances for certain categories both by his work."
