Maliki said in a statement received by Shafaq News, that “State of law and the National Alliance did not and will not allow to revive Joe Biden’s notorious project to divide Iraq into small states,” noting that “we feel that there are hidden hands that move some political forces to activate this project by including poisonous articles within the National Guard law. “
“It is impossible that we contribute in the creation of provinces armies that enters Iraq in conflicts and endless crises, not to mention the desire not to waste the efforts and sacrifices of the Popular Mobilization Units who gave their lives in defense of Iraq in all its regions, we do not believe in equality between those who take up arms in defense of the country and who left his province and fled to other areas. “
