Washington announced, Thursday, that it is up to the Iraqi government as if it wanted to allow Russian planes carrying military aid to Syria to use its airspace.
This came during the official response, State Department spokesman, "John Kirby," yesterday, on the question of Anatolia about whether Washington would object to the use of Russia Iraqi airspace in the transfer of aid to "Bashar al-Assad" regime in Syria.
He said, "Kirby": "For to fly in Iraqi airspace, they are Iraqi ambience, atmosphere and sovereign Iraq, is coordinating back to the Iraqi government."

He said the US official, that their problem with the Russians to not lie in the use of Iraqi airspace but "our problem (with Russia) is a continuation of the financial support of the Assad regime."
Since time began, media reports speak for the Russians to send military equipment and military aircraft and fighters to support the Syrian regime in its war with "Daash" which has become dominated by much larger than those controlled by the same system parts.
He added Admiral journalist in the summary of the Ministry of Washington, "For our aircraft flying in support of coalition operations (to fight international Daash) over Iraq, we coordinate everything through the Iraqi government."
Bulgaria and recently refused to allow Russia to use its airspace to go to Syria, what drew attention to Iraq, which could become a conduit for Russian assistance to Assad. However, the flight of coalition forces over the Iraqi and Syrian airspace with the possibility of a Russian aircraft at the same time, could complicate the atmosphere and creates enormous problems.
Russia is used Greece or Bulgaria-Turkey corridor to reach Syria, however, Turkey and Bulgaria have refused Ajubranha on the search for a third way is using the Caspian Sea through Iran and Iraq.
The US White House had announced earlier in the day yesterday, that it would welcome the "Russian constructive role" in the fight against Daash efforts, where said White House spokesman "Josh Ernest", said yesterday that his country "hopes" that the Russians play this role.
He explained, "Ernest" in the summary White House Press from Washington "much Maicon's hard to be a clear assessment of the intentions (the Russians) specifically, but frankly, we will continue to continuing our contacts [...] We have been clear Boukos our position when it comes to our assessment of priorities in the region." .
He continued, saying that "we will oppose any operations in Syria to help him strengthen the system for the escalation of the conflict."
