BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) parliamentary finance committee member Masood Haider Rustam said the decision to senior officials in the Iraqi state to reduce the salaries will provide $ 300 million annually.

Said Rustam's (IMN) that "There are no accurate statistics for the money to be provided by all reforms Abadi in the last term at all levels size," stressing that "the reduction of Representatives, officials and reduce protections salaries, it will save the state approximately 300 million dollars a year."
He explained that "the money would get to the state treasury and will appoint the annual budget and fill the deficit," pointing out that "we are going to proceed real reforms for the future."
He said Rustam, that "there are concrete steps the government on working to bridge the budget deficit, through tax collection and customs tariff activation in the near future, to immunize the country from the next financial disaster on the economy."
