The voice of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Sunday, the decision to set the necessary ministries 5% of master's and doctoral degree holders.
A parliamentary source said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The House of Representatives voted during its 21 first legislative term of the second legislative year, which was held today, a resolution is required to appoint ministries 5% of master's and doctoral degree holders."
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The majority vote."
The Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Sunday, its the 21 of the first legislative term of the second legislative year, headed by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 185 deputies, while the meeting will discuss inflict the Ministry of Environment health and vote on the bill second reading of the five bills.
The Presidency of the Council of Representatives of Iraq lifted, on Thursday, (the tenth of September 2015), the 20th session of the first legislative term of the second legislative year to the day Sunday, as the session saw the apology, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi for attendance for hosting and end the first and second readings of the three bills .
