BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers issued a merging of ministries by order of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi mechanisms, including the transfer of the merged ministries and obligations, funds and assets and the rights of its employees to the ministry list.
The document explained that "al-Abadi ordered the transfer of the merged ministries and obligations, funds and assets and Mlakatha rights to the ministry the list, as well as continue to work legislation compact ministries, the minister concerned and exercise the powers granted to the Minister of compact and his ministry until a subsequent legislation to abolish the previous legislation and adjusted."
She continued, "The formation of committees in the ministries and existing under the supervision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers; to restructure the ministry in the light of the merger decision and choose what you need from a compact Ministry staff, and address the situation of the remaining proposal submitted to the Prime Minister."
