LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE: A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE KURDISTAN ALLIANCE AGREED TO DETERMINE STATES CODE

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) -qal member of the parliamentary legal committee Salim Chawki The majority of the members of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc have agreed to a proposal to include the presidency of the Kurdistan region, governors determine the mandate for two years, just like the three presidencies.
He said Shawki's (IMN) "The legal committee voted Balogalbah to pass a proposal to include the presidency of the Kurdistan region and the conservative Law determine States earlier this week, it was agreed to change the law's name to the law of the mandate of the three presidencies and the presidency of the Kurdistan region and conservatives."
He explained that "the majority of members of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc within the Legal Committee supported this proposal," adding that "the Legal Committee will open the floor for discussion and receive proposals of Representatives and rearranged after the second reading of the draft law in the parliament."
And it announced the Kurdistan Democratic Union bloc first day yesterday, its objection to the proposal to include the presidency of the Kurdistan region of determining the states of the three presidencies and considered contrary to the Constitution, and vowed to appeal it to the Federal Court after the approval of Parliament.
