Legal representative: the government's decision to withdraw the previous draft laws at the request of a parliamentary

Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Legal Committee Muhsin al-Sadoun said that the Cabinet's decision today to withdraw the bills sent by the previous government to the parliament came in response to an earlier request to the House of Representatives.
The Cabinet decided in its meeting of 36, which was held today, chaired by Haidar al-Abbadi sent to withdraw the draft laws to the parliament by the previous government, for the purpose of review.
He said al-Saadoun's (IMN), that "the House of Representatives agreed earlier on the need to restore all the laws that did not initiate and sent by the previous government to the cabinet to reconsider it and send it to the House again".
Sadoun said that "the Cabinet's decision today to withdraw the bills sent to the parliament of the previous government is to hold important is in the public interest and the changes and developments of the current stage".
Saadoun and ruled that "the Federal Court Act within the bills that will be withdrawn from parliament on the grounds that the bill reached the parliament of the judiciary and not of the government".
And many of the bills sent by the previous government to the parliament still stuck and did not proceed, especially projects related to the work of ministries and other laws related to the security and economic aspect.
