Commission said the parliamentary

and gas law," adding that "the government is currently studying a draft law the
old oil and gas, and perhaps there will be changes, "noting," We as a country
need to enact the law. "
"Before the draft law there must be an agreement
between Baghdad and Erbil and producing provinces, so that we can easily
enactment of this Act."
He said Abdullah "If we can accomplish this law, the
agreement between the government and the producing regions and provinces, it
will end all outstanding
differences".
