MP for Ailatv state law, Abdul Salam al-Maliki that the House has delegated powers boss reforms launched by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi package legislation.
Maliki said in an interview with Channel "direction" that the powers delegated by Parliament boss Saleem al-Jubouri should not conflict with the constitution and the law, stressing that Article 69 secondly makes it imperative for government line that the President of the Republic as his deputy, and therefore any constitutional violation would be beaten to the Constitution, describing it as dangerous and this threatens the political process. He pointed out that some political blocs in if they want to overcome this matter, this is a dangerous precedent and exceeded the Constitution and the law, but if view this matter in the House of Representatives to vote on it this is a sign that the council on the preservation of the Constitution, pointing out that the head Republic binding in this matter as a patron of the political process and the protector of the Constitution. It is said that the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi issued a series of directives and reforms to meet the demands of the demonstrators and religious reference.
