An Iraqi bank uses my card "moxibustion MasterCard, MasterCard" payment of staff salaries and retirees

Twilight news/Rafidain Bank on Saturday announced the use of moxibustion card MasterCard, MasterCard payment of staff salaries and retirees.
He said the General Manager of the Bank in the name of Kamal Al-Hasani said in a press statement, the Bank introduced advanced technologies in its work in line with the reality of the modern banking world has achieved a qualitative leap with regard to the use of smart card (moxibustion card) for pensioners and the categories covered by the former via a manually activated on receipt of various State institutions, saying that anyone who has a smart card Exchange amount from any County here.
He said that the Bank started to pay salaries of retirees abroad through (master card) the Bank has signed a partnership with MasterCard to provide this service, noting that retirees living in abroad now receive and withdraw their salaries from any ATM in any country here.
