Oil: The government is not obliged to pay the share of the Kurdistan 17% of the federal budget

Oil Ministry confirmed on Monday that the government is not obliged to pay the share of the Kurdistan region, amounting to 17% of the federal budget for 2016, because of the veto of the province signed an agreement with the Centre on the export of oil.
He said ministry spokesman Assem Jihad, in a press statement seen by ((eighth day)): "The Kurdistan region oil and gas issues for his own account and did not send any imports or actual amounts even after the high ceiling of its oil exports to 700 thousand barrels per day."
He added that "in the budget of 2015 and signed the federal government oil deal with the Kurdistan region did not adhere to Erbil at all, after he was supposed to be the center delivers imports 550 thousand barrels per day,
