BAGHDAD / Sky Press: Oil Ministry confirmed on Monday that the government is not obliged to pay the share of the Kurdistan region, amounting to 17% of the federal budget for 2016, because of the veto of the province signed an agreement with the Centre on the export of oil.
He said ministry spokesman Assem Jihad, in a press statement, said that "the Kurdistan region oil and gas issues for his own account and did not send any imports or actual amounts even after the rise in oil exports to the roof of 700 thousand barrels per day."
