Cabinet decisions lagging in implementing ministries

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Documents Cabinet decisions lagging implemented by federal ministries since the last quarter of 2014 show, until the end of the month of April 2015.
And it showed a document issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers received the (IMN) copy of which was that "the last third of 2014, included the three reluctant decisions in the ministries of Agriculture and Finance, High Commissioner for Human Rights."
The document added that "decisions lagging since the beginning of this year till now seven decisions stalled by the Ministries (oil, finance, planning, and electricity, and justice, and foreign affairs, and health), as well as departments not associated with the Ministry of lagging (the National Investment Commission, the High Authority for the Hajj and Umrah, Central Bank), "pointing out that" the achievement of those decisions in the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry of 5% of the total percentage of completion ".
