Baghdad, 23 May (Rn) - The Iraqi Ministry of Finance, on Monday, a decision to grant money for projects that delay in completion ministries to local councils for their implementation.
He said the ministry spokesman Mohammed Zaid Zamel told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) announced today that "the Ministry of Finance decided to rotate the money ministries that are delayed in the implementation of important projects for the provincial councils, which are held by the lagging project."
He added that "the Ministry of Finance is working to coordinate with the provincial councils and ministries to facilitate the procedures for implementing the projects and the process of recycling the money."
He added that "the Ministry of Finance will begin the process of recycling the money during the first quarter of the current year to the provincial councils invited companies involved in the implementation of projects retained their money."
