Moscow: Washington hamper our proposal to include Daash sanctions in the Security Council

The Director of the Department of affairs of the challenges and threats in the Russian Foreign Ministry, Elijah Rogachov, on Thursday, that the United States hinder pass a Russian proposal to include the organization of Daash in the list of the UN Security Council sanctions as an independent entity.
Rogachov said in a press statement, "It is no secret that Daash an independent structure, a rival of al-Qaeda to some extent, however, in the list of terrorist sanctions of the Security Council as one of the organization include the names of [al-Qaida in Iraq]."
He added, "We have proposed to include it to the list of United Nations sanctions as an independent entity, but hinders our proposal by Western members of the Security Council and foremost by the United States under various excuses."
Rogachev said: "They believe that the organization is Daash Qaeda in Iraq, and they change only, to suggest that al-Qaeda [non-existent] in Iraq, and more than that, but Moscow has other information in this regard."
He said the Russian official said: "We believe that the Americans are saying this only because of the current circumstances, as a result of their desire to show that this group Daash current success achieved, no stems, in fact, from the support of Western, and especially the United States, and as a result of sponsorship is studied to oppose the government of Bashar Assad, including through substantial resources, which fell into the hands of extremists, this attitude is purely political, nothing to do with anti-terrorism measures ".anthy
