Mr. Khamenei text of a statement on the impact of the tragic incident in Mina

Following the tragic incident that took place in Mina, which claimed the lives of a number of pilgrims, the commander of the Islamic Revolution in Iran Seyed Ali Khamenei issued an important statement on this occasion.
The statement reads as follows:

I am God and to Him we return
Tragic incident that occurred today in Mina, which killed a large number of guests gracious and faithful to God immigrants from various countries, fueled in great sorrow throughout the Muslim world and the consolation of their festival instead. In our dear country also there are dozens of families who had been waiting for their loved ones all the pilgrims longing and anxious, and today has established them solace.
