Abadi ordered to take "immediate" measures to contain cholera

Twilight News / Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on Friday concerned to take "immediate" measures authorities in an effort to contain the cholera epidemic.
Iraqi TV said the government's, "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi ordered to take immediate Procedures to ensure that the subjects of chlorine and alum", which are used as to purify contaminated water.
Prime Minister and the Finance Ministry also ordered the immediate implementation of the decisions of civilian crisis management cell for cholera, referring to the exchange amount allocated to combat and ten of billions of dinars.
State television said also that the World Health Organization said it was sending 200 000 dose treatment to contribute to national efforts to contain the epidemic.
The epidemic appeared this week in the district of Abu Ghraib in Baghdad before it spreads in the province of Babylon.
