Kuwait's oil minister ruled out a summit of oil producers before the OPEC meeting in December

Kuwaiti Oil Minister Ali Al-Omair said he did not believe that the oil-producing countries will hold a summit meeting before the next OPEC meeting on the fourth of December, and pointed out that "the problem is the lack of producers commitment from non-OPEC countries as they will offer in order to stabilize prices. The Omair responding to a question for proposing Venezuela for a summit meeting it includes producers of OPEC and outside to discuss ways to stop the erosion of oil prices, and added that "if global demand increased and continued to decline shale oil platforms Vsatro improvement on oil prices." He added that the other producers always asking OPEC to "adopt cut production (while) others continue in production and therefore we are losing market shares is difficult to compensate. "
