BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Chairman of the Integrity Commission Yasiri Hassan stressed that corruption is no longer the case, but has become a phenomenon affecting the structure of the state.
Yasiri said in a speech on the occasion of integrity, Cast week that "the achievement of integrity can not be done unless the State institutions did not cooperate on the one hand and the citizen on the other hand."
