America talking about the condition of the Kurdistan region to export its oil directly to the outside

Twilight News / announced US Energy Secretary, Sunday, that the issue of increasing Iraqi oil and the oil province of Kurdistan exports abroad is essential, adding that the export should be in the framework of the Iraqi constitution.
Ernest Moniz, said in a statement to the Journal of Turkish Daily morning and seen by Twilight News, that the increase in the export of oil from Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq is important for the economy in general, but he also said it is essential that the province exported oil under the Iraqi constitution.
Moniz said that Iraq and Turkey to coordinate with each other in the export of oil and revenue process, announcing his government's full support to the process of export of oil from the region to the outside provided that within the framework of the Iraqi constitution.
