Province announces rise in production in September to more than 600 000 barrels per day

Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan region said on Monday that oil exports from the region rose in September to an average of 600 and 463 thousand barrels per day.
This represents an average increase of about 127 thousand barrels per day from August, which affected the production of which exports because of repeated acts of sabotage of the pipeline, which carries crude to the Turkish port of Ceyhan from Kirkuk fields in the region.
And increased exports through the pipeline regularly going to Turkey this year, but the Kurds have reduced allocations federal oil marketing company SOMO] since June in order to increase the region independent from crude sales.
This effectively canceled an agreement reached late last year under which the Kurds agreed on the transfer of 550 thousand barrels per day on average to sumo in 2015 in exchange for rebalancing of Baghdad payments in full.
The Iraqi Oil Ministry last week that the transfer of the territory 22 thousand barrels per day only for Sumo in September compared to 50 thousand and 935 barrels per day in August.
The ministry said "the Kurdistan Regional Government in September and continued to increase direct sales of oil at Ceyhan to compensate for the lack of budget, the province by the federal government in Baghdad."
The oil, which is pumped through the pipeline in the foundation of the fields in the Kurdistan region, which pumped 448 thousand and 340 barrels per day in September, while the remaining quantity of the disputed Kirkuk fields, which holds the North Oil Company owned by the government administration but under Kurdish control came.
