Said Ahmed's (IMN), "The non-oil revenues planned in the draft federal budget law for next year set with 14 trillion dinars for agricultural and industrial sectors, while actually it's Call to about two trillion Iraqi dinars over the whole year," Ahmed added that "the federal government claim a day to provide $ 118 million to pay for monthly expenses of salaries and financial allocations which are very large sums of money in light of the decline in oil prices in world markets. "
And expected a draft of the proposed budget for Iraq for the next year, amounting to 113.5 trillion dinars around (99.65 billion dollars), a deficit of 29.4 trillion dinars around (25.81 billion dollars), as stipulated in the draft budget to the continuation of the agreement concluded in late 2014 with the Kurdistan region, which requires that The Government of the Territory to export up to 550 thousand barrels per day of oil for the benefit of the Iraqi government in return for the grant of Baghdad to Arbil, 17 percent of the budget payments.
