Mark strategic analyst and decent Hashemi, on Thursday, the prime minister Haider al-Abadi holding the stick from the middle in his dealings with Moscow and Washington, saying that there was US pressure prevents a formal agreement with Moscow in order to help Iraq in its war on Daash.
Hashemi said for "Sky Press," that "there is no coordination in statements between Iraqi officials and that all of them are authorized by amateur inclinations," noting that "the prime minister Haider al-Abadi holding the stick from the middle in his dealings with Moscow and Washington in order walked the interests of Iraq with the parties. "
