Legal representative: Federal law guarantees a real service for the appointment of graduates and workers' rights

Said committee member Ibtisam Hilali, that "the Commission has completed all the amendments and proposals regarding the Federal Service Act and sent him to the presidency of the House of Representatives for inclusion sessions next week for the second reading," asserting that "the legislation will be prepared achievement of the current parliamentary session because it has many advantages serve in general the Iraqi people ".
She said Hilali, that "the law will ensure the appointment of graduates and achieve an equal opportunity employer by revealing the number of graduates each year to put necessary for appointment to the departments and ministries of the State in coordination with the Ministry of Planning and Plans, as will be the formation of a higher committee by the government in this regard."
It "has been put workers' rights law by giving them pensions that the law will determine where the retirement age will be reduced to less than 63 years and there are proposals to reduce the retirement age to 60 or 58 in order to give opportunities to young people and graduates for appointment."
