Abadi calls for the Integrity Commission to exert greater effort to resolving issues in its possession

(Independent) ... Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi called the Integrity Commission to exert greater effort to resolve the issues in its possession, in addition to tightening procedures and monitored to reduce the incidence of corruption in state institutions.
A statement by the Prime Minister's Office received (Independent) that Abadi "received in his office on Thursday, Chairman of the Integrity Commission Hassan al-Yasiri."
He added that "During the meeting, they discussed the mechanisms of action followed in the Integrity Commission to fight corruption within the reform packages and the importance of further efforts to reduce and eliminate corruption, in addition to a number of other files."
The statement pointed out that "the work of the Commission Yasiri show what has been accomplished from files during the last period and the issues to be investigated."
He called Abadi, according to the statement, "the Integrity Commission to exert greater effort to resolve the issues in its possession, in addition to tightening procedures and monitored to reduce the incidence of corruption in state institutions."
He said Abadi, that "the government since it was formed was it a priority to fight against corruption and was one of the reforms launched by the packages, which gnaw the body of the Iraqi state and needs a double effort and continuous work by everyone, particularly by the Integrity Commission to fight it and to hold accountable corrupt."
