For his part, the Board of Directors of the Investment Authority in Najaf by Zuhair Ghorabi: that the activity of the private sector investment and faces an important obstacle which laws and regulations that do not support this sector. He pointed out that there is a big turnout on the National Education sector as well as health and agriculture, but the laws do not allow these sectors in order to start and contribute to nation-building, even though it greatly ease the pressure on the state budget.
