Jones explained at a press conference at the headquarters of the u.s. Embassy in Baghdad: "the United States will hand over Iraq the second instalment comprising f-16, 4-5 aircraft in January next year, 2016, building on previous agreements between the two countries,
Iraq signed a contract with the u.s. Administration in 2011, to buy 36 f-16 aircraft, as part Of the strategic framework agreement between the two countries, the first instalment in July and 4.
and on the fighting between Iraqi forces and organize daash, us Ambassador stressed that "Iraqi forces had recaptured a third of land dominated daash militants in June 2014",
pointing out that even today the Washington trained 15,000 Iraqi security forces since then. "
