Federal Court declares unconstitutional item VI of Article 35 of the Law of retirement

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Federal Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional the terms of a uniform retirement No. 9 of 2014 for salary pension ambassadors law, and stressed that the legislation was contrary to the text of the Constitution.
The judge said Abdul Sattar Berkdr judiciary spokesman said in a statement the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it on that, "the Federal Supreme Court on Monday held its considered the proceedings before it."
Bayrakdar and continued that "the Court has decided that a constitutional item {} VI of Article 35 of the Uniform Code of retirement No. 9 for the year 2014".
He explained that "this item respect worthily Ambassador at his retirement pension by 80% of the salary and allowances received by his peers at the ministry center, that do not. Allocations exceed 100% of the salary career"
He explained that "this item came from the House of Representatives was not present in the budget bill and without the House of Representatives is due to the Council of Ministers in the development of this text, although it involves a financial bush" .anthy
