Talabani stresses the importance of the role of "friendly countries" in dealing with Kurdistan and the Netherlands crisis offers assistance

Deputy President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Qubad Talabani, on Monday, to the importance of the role of friendly countries in dealing with the current crisis and to protect the unity of the Kurdistan region, while the Dutch consul in the region expressed his country's readiness to help to overcome the current crisis.
Said Qubad Talabani in a statement received by, the (long-Presse), a copy of it, on the sidelines of a meeting with the Dutch Consul General in Kurdistan John van der, said that "the role of friendly countries in dealing with the current crisis and to protect the unity of the Kurdistan region is of great significance," and expressed delight and gratitude "deep Dutch aid in the ongoing war against terrorism and support."
For his part, the Dutch Consul van der, according to the statement, "The protection of the unity of the Kurdistan region, is considered the only way to overcome the crisis", reiterated his country's support "for the Kurdistan region and the willingness of the Netherlands to provide support and assistance to overcome the current situation."
It is noteworthy that several areas of the Kurdistan region, particularly in Sulaymaniyah, witnessing noisy demonstrations, since the beginning of the month of October 2015, punctuated by acts of violence, and the burning of the headquarters of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, which is led by regional president, Massoud Barzani. What led to the deaths of dozens of victims, including a number of the dead, in protest against the continuation of political and economic crises, and delayed salary payments.
