Iraq re-assess the damage Baiji refinery

Iraqi Oil Ministry sources announced that a delegation from the ministry sent experts to assess the damage to the facilities of the refinery in Baiji, after the control of the organization of the Islamic state by more than a year.
The sources said that the damage to the refinery facilities were eloquent, though the land of the refinery was the scene of military operations since the control of the organization after June 10, 2014.
The refinery in Baiji, one of the largest refineries in Iraq, and launched in the early eighties with a total production capacity of more than 350 thousand barrels per day. And it supplied the refinery with crude oil from the northern Kirkuk oilfields through the pipeline network.
