Economic parliamentary: the new salary ladder affected by more than a million and a half employees application

Economic Commission representative confirmed that the government is determined to pass a new salary scale and to address provisions that go along with the employees' salaries and not salaries in general law.

He said committee member Abdul-Salam al-Maliki said the government is trying to find outlets for Alhasr address the deficit in the public budget ranging between (29-30) trillion Iraqi dinars.

Maliki said that the incidence of low oil prices clearly affected on the issue of the Iraqi currency and reflected negatively on the implementation of projects and the work of the ministries.

Maliki said that the law guarantees the paragraphs of the positives. But he also said that it expected to suffer in the application of this law nearly a million and a half Iraqi citizens from working in the public sector and
