Russia offered to Iran deals to swap oil and gas

Moscow - news agencies said Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, said on Friday that the company «Gazprom» for the production of gas controlled by the Russian government offered Iran a gas supply under a swap agreement and that the oil deals similar under study.
Intensified Moscow's efforts to strengthen political relations and economic with Tehran, and has increased its activities there, after an initial decision in July to lift international sanctions on Iran.

And looks forward Iran to restore its stake in the oil market after it lost as a result of international sanctions.
On the other hand Novak said that the total value of joint projects planned between Russia and Iran appreciates between 35-40 billion US dollars.
He explained that the two countries have set a list of projects of common interest, pointing out that the list includes average projects and long-term, will be signed between the two parties soon.
He Novak «The representatives of the Russian oil companies, visited Iran in the past few days , and made a presentation to the Minister of Iranian oil, about the opportunities available in the field of production and operation of oil, adding that Tehran wants to raise the volume of its oil production, and deliver it to the level it was before the international sanctions ».
The Russian minister said that among the projects, create a second for the Bushehr plant building nuclear power plant, valued at $ 11 billion, and projects run oil fields, and the power rail, and modernization of thermal power plants.
Novak revealed that the two countries in the process of establishing a joint bank, and that the Iranian delegation will visit Moscow in the next few months, to discuss about the bank's site, and working conditions in it, and its capital, and other administrative and topics related.
