BAGHDAD / Sky Press: Parliamentary Finance Committee, announced Monday, is installed for the inclusion of contract employees in the 2016 budget year.

"
Rashid said that "there is a priority for employees with contracts in the ministries in order proofed", adding that "it will be proofed by the actual need for each ministry."
The Council of Ministers has approved the 2016 budget at its meeting held Sunday last week and will be sent to parliament for a vote by the special session.
