Haitham al-Jubouri: the need to speed up to open an account for employees of banks to "ensure the smooth flow of salaries

The president of the competencies Bloc Haitham al-Jubouri, Monday, repeated theft of employees' salaries in the capital Baghdad, a sign of the weakness of the security forces, stressing the need to speed up to open an account for employees in the government and private banks to "ensure the smooth flow of the arrival of salaries and lack of exposure to theft."
Jubouri said in a statement, said that "repeated theft of salaries of employees in Baghdad, evidence of the great weaknesses in the security services and the clear violations of the work of government agencies."
He called al-Jubouri, the "open immediate and urgent investigation into these crimes and to hold from behind it and include amounts to the bearer."
He said al-Jubouri, "We confirm our proposal the former need to activate the electronic payment or speed up to open an account for each employee in the government and private banks to ensure the smooth flow of the arrival of salaries and lack of exposure to theft or extortion or deduction of some Almswolin for the distribution of salaries."
