Deputy: mandate given by Parliament to Ebadi does not give him the power to repeal or amend laws

BAGHDAD / Sky Press: MP called on the mass of the citizen Hamdiya Husseini, Tuesday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to reconsider the new salary ladder, noting that the mandate given by Parliament to Ebadi does not give him the power to cancel or modify certain laws.
Husseini said in a statement received "Sky Press," that he "should be reconsidered about the new salary scale for that decision is thoughtful has damaged large slices of Iraqi society and in our time it was necessary to maintain the competencies for the purpose of advancement of the future of Iraq and not give them justification for immigration."
"The mandate given by the House of Representatives for the prime minister to cancel the validity of Aymanha or amend laws without reference to the House of Representatives and this is a violation of constitutional amendments, but be within the law and the Constitution."
She explained that "withholding allowances dangerous for employees of the Ministry of Electricity and Forensic Medicine staff and employees of the Ministry of Interior and Defense, integrity and other ministries and agencies that have contact Mbacherbalaml and carrying certain dangerous adversely affect the progress of work and promotion."
The Council of Ministers voted on the new salary scale which includes the reduction of the salaries of the higher grades and increase the lower salaries.
