Legal Expert: Half a quorum at the parliamentary session is entitled to withdraw the authorization for Abadi

Said the legal expert Tareq war that Iraqi law allows for half a quorum during a parliamentary session to withdraw the mandate of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, which granted him by the political blocs, with regard to reforms initiated recently.
He said the war in a statement to Radio tow, the political blocs that if they decided to withdraw the mandate, interrogation or refer the Prime Minister to the Federal Court, the Constitution gave them the right to do so provided that the vote on this thing through half the number of attendees per session.
