Legal Expert: Half a quorum at the parliamentary session is entitled to withdraw the authorization for Abadi

Said the legal expert Tareq war that Iraqi law allows for half a quorum during a parliamentary session to withdraw the mandate of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, which granted him by the political blocs, with regard to reforms initiated recently.
