The head of the Presidium of the region, Fouad Hussein, during his interview with the program "unexpected" which aired "Alsumaria TV", "A delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq will visit Baghdad soon to discuss the differences between the Governments of center and the region," stressing the need to "hold a session negotiations between Baghdad and Erbil. "
Hussein added, "The current oil agreement between the center and the region and the lack of difference in interpretations", stressing the importance of "reach a clear agreement in legal and economic terms."
The Council of Ministers decided, in (2 December 2014), to approve the oil agreement between Baghdad and the Kurdistan region which provides for the delivery of the region no less than 250 thousand barrels of oil per day to Baghdad for the purpose of export, after reaching the Kurdish delegation headed by Nechirvan Barzani, with Iraqi government an agreement on the region's share in the budget and export of oil.
