{Baghdad: Euphrates News} first deputy governor of Dhi Qar Aldechala just said that the province has committed foreign and national oil companies operating in Dhi Qar, run the people of the province in the oil fields invested by it.
Said Aldechala in a statement his office received by the agency {Euphrates News}, "we send out the oil fields of Dhi Qar should not be allowed to appoint people from outside the province at a time when those suffering the graduates not to get a job commensurate with the scientific competence and hold them full legal responsibility in the event of non-compliance those recommendations. "
He said the deputy governor, that the decision "came to the presence of large numbers of citizens and students graduating from who have not been appointed in government departments and allow them to work within those companies."
