Agriculture: water resources involved in storing rainwater and use them correctly

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Ministry of Agriculture revealed that the amount of rain that fell on the agricultural areas have not been utilized properly.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Agriculture Ali al-Samarrai told the News} {Euphrates, "The Ministry of Water Resources on the provision amounts of rain, and stored for use in the development of agriculture in Iraq, through the construction of dams and the creation of a giant tanks."
"The amount of rain falling on the farmland will have a positive effect on agricultural crops in Iraq," calling at the same time the Ministry of Water Resources to "make greater use of these rains."
This is seen most of the governorates of Iraq three days ago loss of large amounts of rain, led to the sinking of the areas and streets in Baghdad and some Mahafezat.anthy h
